Inspired by two childhood favorites we could never choose between: Kopi Roti at Pinya Bun. Crumbly kapeng barako topping, soft airy bread, at masarap pa rin kahit kinabukasan. Contains caffeine.

Unting upgrade lang sa Cinnamon Scroll. Twisted, knotted imbes na rolled, para sure na bawat kagat balance yung cinnamon smear and malted cream cheese topping. Yay!

Classic light chiffon mamon, finished with a bright calamansi glaze poured over while still warm so it soaks in slightly and sets shiny on top. Mildly sweet cake with a tangy, citrus-forward glaze.

There are a few things you don't forget: isa na dun yung amoy ng Tuguegarao longganisa na uwi ni mama at papa. We couldn't bring that back exactly so we made our own, extra garlicky + all the flavors we love from longganisa wrapped in our homemade flaky, puff pastry.

Inspired by the classic Hong Kong pineapple buns. Crisp cookie topping, soft airy bread, at perfect habang mainit-init pa. Best enjoyed sliced in half with butter.

Toasted sesame seeds, with miso and white chocolate. Tito-approved hindi masyado matamis.

🎶 Bright eyes, every now and then I fall apart. 🎶 Saging na saba, langka, at saktong-tamis-lang pastry, topped with toasted sesame seeds. Perfect pang-3PM, lalo na pag may kape.
